February 4th | Sam Cassese
What does it look like when God’s people catch a vision for something that matters? This week, we see Moses initiate one of the most important building projects ever. As the we see the people rally, we’re led to consider what we’re giving the energy of our life toward, and to ask ourselves – will it matter in 100 years.

Imagine a TV show in which gifted church members could compete. Each week they face off, pitting their talents and abilities against one another as judg... er, elders look on to determine definitively: Who is the best? We’d call it, The Church Has Got Talent.
Would it be entertaining? Would people tune in? Better question: Would it be good for us? This week we explore how God wants His gifted people to use His gracious gifts with a heart and mind that differs greatly from the culture of our world.

January 21st | Sam Cassese
What does your life have in common with night running? What could we learn, as a community of faith, from running in the dark? We find out this week as we turn to 1 Peter, an important letter written to followers of Jesus living in an environment that was hostile to their faith. Though they were surrounded by darkness, they had each been given something to help them dispel it. Join us this week for Uplights.

Body Language
1 Corinthians 12:12-17
January 6th | Sam Cassese
Eastpoint Church – we are on a mission. God has called us to make a tangible difference in the lives of people all over the Eastern Shore. God is pursuing your families and friends, your children and their classmates, your coworkers and neighbors... and He wants to use you. We could sit back and hope someone else answers the call. Or we can, by faith, dare to believe He can use even people like us. If we’re going to be transformed into the change agents God is calling us to be, then we need to understand our roles; we need to understand 1 Corinthians 12; we need to understand the church’s Body Language.
