Everyone loves the beach. We watch the waves come in and out; the tides rising and falling. It’s scenic. It’s also a picture of what our grief is like. Good days are followed by rough days and highs alternate with lows. This week we continue in Psalm 42 and see the psalmist experiencing the Tides of Grief.

Here we find songs for whatever life may bring, including deep pain and grief. For the next few weeks we’ll be looking at Psalm 42 and 43 beginning with the First Verse and the Chorus.
