CAMPUS COORDINATOR (Centreville) - [FUTURE HIRE - January 2025]

Full-time - The mission of the Campus Coordinator is to support the ministry by tracking key administrative details and creating/maintaining important infrastructure for the ministry to thrive. A passionate professional who thrives on doing administrative work will be a key asset to the team by anticipating needs at an exceptionally high level and maintaining systems.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS COORDINATOR

Part-time “Weekender Role” (10 hours/week) - This is a part-time role (averaging 10 hours per week) that reports to the Executive Pastor of Ministries (XPM). The First Impressions Coordinator is responsible for the Sunday Lobby and oversees the volunteer Ministry Team Leaders (MTLs) of our five First Impressions Teams (Connect, Hospitality, Ushers, Parking and Safety). An average of five hours are allotted for midweek preparation and five hours on Sundays (7:30 - 12:30 pm).

MEDIA COORDINATOR

Part-time (20-24 hours/week) - The Media Coordinator will work as part of the Creative Team to manage, develop, and implement design solutions for ministries, gatherings, special events, and more. This position will work on a variety of print, digital media, web, and video projects at various stages of a project’s life cycle, including conceptualization, proof of concept, design, production, and delivery for our ministry departments.
