EXECUTIVE PASTOR OF MINISTRIES
Full-time (Salaried, Exempt) - The Executive Pastor of Ministries (XPM) ensures the mission, vision and culture of Eastpoint Church are implemented through the various ministries. By overseeing ministry staff and tending to tactical ministry needs, the XPM enables the Lead Pastor to focus on pastoring the staff, defining culture and providing big picture vision.

KIDS MINISTRY COORDINATOR (Centreville)
Part Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt - The mission of the Centreville Kids Ministry Coordinator is to lead and equip leaders and ministry team members to lead a discipleship-oriented ministry in Centreville that supports, partners with and assists parents in discipling their children.

SUNDAY COORDINATOR - [VOLUNTEER]
Part-time “Weekender Role” (10 hours/week) - This is a part-time role (averaging 10 hours per week) that reports to the Executive Pastor of Ministries (XPM). The Sunday Coordinator is responsible for the welcoming environment that people experience from parking their cars to the warm welcome of the Lobby and oversees the volunteer Ministry Team Leaders (MTLs) of our five First Impressions Teams (Connect, Hospitality, Ushers, Parking and Safety). An average of five hours are allotted for midweek preparation and five hours on Sundays (7:30 - 12:30 pm).
