Local Outreach

We’re all called to reach out.

We are called to love our community in a way that increases the fame of Jesus (SHOW), and calls people to faith in Jesus (TELL).

In other words, we want to “Show and Tell.”

We are a family on mission.

Our circle of influence is our God-given mission field. We are the extended reach of the Gospel into our community as maturing followers of Jesus engage in spiritual conversations.

Show = Increase the Fame of Jesus

“By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:35

Jesus loves and cares for this community, and as His body we get to show them just how much.

Tell = Increase of Faith in Jesus

“How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Good News.” Romans 10:15b

We are a family of missionaries. We have the privilege of reaching those around us, whom God has given as a mission field.

What initiatives do you have as a church?

  1. Two For Talbot is an ongoing initiative where, once a month, we give $2 each to an organization in Talbot County that is doing good on the Shore. We love the opportunity to bless and affirm the good work that is already happening around us.

  2. You. Many of our church family give their time and participate in supporting our community outside of Eastpoint Staff organized efforts. They are being the church right in their own communities!

  3. Our Partners. We have an ongoing partnership with a few local organizations who share our Gospel-centered values. You can read more about Our Partners below!

Each month we give to local organizations who share our Gospel-centered values. We appreciate these organizations’ explicit alignment with the Gospel and their desire to expand the Kingdom. Therefore, we consider them our local partners and have committed to on-going financial contribution.
